How to join

Why it matters in Brasilia
The Cerrado is Brazil's tropical savanna on your doorstep: pequi, baru, and native greens that rarely star on a weekday menu. A public kitchen demo turns those flavours into skills you can repeat with neighbours and local markets. Find more community projects in Brasilia.
Good to know
- Is Alimenta Sebrae free? The official site marks listed Cozinha Show seats as Gratuito; still sign up when registration is open.
- Where is the pavilion? Pavilhão de Exposições do Parque da Cidade, Brasília, Distrito Federal.
- Can I attend more than one Cerrado kitchen? Yes. Each session has its own time slot in the programme; plan travel inside the fair grounds.
