Use of the service
By using Solarpunker you agree to these terms. The service is offered as-is. You must not misuse the platform (e.g. spam, illegal content, harassment, or attempts to compromise security).
Moderation and enforcement
If you abuse these rules or misuse the platform, we may remove your posts or other content. We may also temporarily or permanently suspend or ban your account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or the law.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any text or images you upload.
Editorial listings and third-party images
Some ideas and initiatives are editorial demo or reposted listings (for example city seed crawls). Their text is paraphrased and each includes a Source & repost section naming the original publisher. Illustration photos may come from Unsplash or Pexels under their respective free licences, or from Wikimedia Commons under the licence stated in that listing. Reposted listings do not imply that Solarpunker organises or endorses the described programmes.
Liability
We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of user-generated content or third-party data (e.g. maps). To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages and for content posted by users.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
