Launch a Betterplace fundraiser for a WHH project

Birthdays, office parties, and finish-line celebrations can fund a specific Welthungerhilfe project in four steps on Betterplace.

What you can do in Bonn

• Start a personal campaign via four-step guide
• Pick a listed project such as school gardens in South Sudan or cross-border climate work in the Horn of Africa
• Search Betterplace for Welthungerhilfe and attach your event to that project page

How to join

Register on Betterplace, choose a Welthungerhilfe project, then share your link. The NGO page lists example projects; you can also support the free donation fund.

Why it matters in Bonn

Online campaigns let diaspora and office teams sponsor farmer-led work without flying. Welthungerhilfe multiplies many donations with institutional grants.

Good to know

• Which platform? The guide names Betterplace explicitly.
• Can I pick the country? Yes. The page lists Sierra Leone villages, South Sudan school gardens, and other project pages.
