Mission Reuse: shared reusable cups for carnival in Noord-Brabant

Carnival cups that come back Mission Reuse, a coalition coordinated by Fair Resource Foundation, built a shared knowledge network with Noord-Brabant province to facilitate reusable cup systems during carnival: one of the highest-waste events in the Dutch calendar. The network connects municipalities, carnival associations, and cup-washing services, so every participating town can access a shared reuse infrastructure rather than buying into it individually.
