Africa Collect Textiles (ACT) in Nairobi pioneers textile recycling, turning used guard uniforms into backpacks, weaving carpets from old jeans, and producing filling material for furniture makers.

• Replicate the model: sort, shred, and design new goods from fibres already in the city
