Join TRENEG eG in Trier

TRENEG Trierer Energiegenossenschaft eG plans, builds, and runs PV and wind in the Trier-Saarburg region. Founded in 2011 with Agenda 21, Volksbank Trier, and Stadtwerke Trier. A share is 500 euro. Natural and legal persons are capped at two shares.

What you can do

• Read how to join on Über uns and email the co-op for a membership pack
• Email the cooperative if you want a membership pack. No extra payment duty if the eG hits trouble
• Write to Herzogenbuscher Str. 16-18, 54292 Trier, or visit by arrangement

How it works

You fund the shares yourself. Members decide together on new plants, including projects planned outside EEG support. Write before you travel. Use the Über uns page rather than waiting on a separate join form.

Why it matters

Trier-region generation stays in a one-member-one-vote eG instead of only on a utility spreadsheet.
