EnerGeno Heilbronn-Franken eG is a staffed citizen cooperative for solar, wind, and efficiency in the Heilbronn-Franken region. You can join from 100 euro per share, up to 350 shares (35,000 euro) at entry.

What you can do

• Apply online on Mitglied werden
• Call 07131 2641-610 or write kontakt@eghf.de if you prefer the public office
• After year one, dividends follow the general meeting. The first year after drawing pays no dividend so capital can go into plants

How it works

Fill the digital form, wait for the confirmation mail with a transfer template, then pay. One member, one vote, even if you hold more shares. Cancellation is toward year end with a two-year notice.

Why it matters

A professional team plus member capital is how Heilbronn-Franken keeps building arrays instead of waiting for a distant utility calendar.
