Green Savers rooftop gardens in Dhaka

Green Savers rooftop gardens in Dhaka Green Savers runs rooftop labs, school greening, and a mobile Tree Hospital across Dhaka, so residents can learn urban growing without leaving the city. What you can do in Dhaka - Explore Urban Lab Garden workshops and volunteer paths on the NGO site (Green Savers) - Join weekend rooftop sessions through the Green Cycle Initiative when dates are posted (Urban Lab Garden) - Watch Tree Hospital stops that treat street trees like patients, not waste - Pair a garden day with school greening photos to see how children learn compost basics How to join Start on the Green Savers contact and programme pages: choose volunteer interest or a listed garden day, then follow the form or event instructions the team publishes. No farm licence is required for beginner shifts. Why it matters in Dhaka Dense blocks still have sunny roofs. When neighbours grow food together, heat islands soften and lunch stories travel floor to floor. Good to know - Do I need my own roof? Many activities happen on shared labs and schools; read each listing. - Is there a fee? Volunteer garden days are described as community programmes; transport is usually on you. - Can students join? School greening pages welcome youth with adult organisers present.
