Green Savers lists Urban Lab Garden days where Dhaka residents can help beds, compost, and rooftop demos.
What you can do in Dhaka
- Check the Urban Lab Garden page for the next open volunteer or training slot (Urban Lab Garden)
- Bring closed shoes, a hat, and water; organisers brief you on tools
- Ask how Green Cycle Initiative weekend workshops differ from weekday lab care
How to join
Use the signup or contact route on the Green Savers site for the date you chose. Arrive at the address or meeting point the team confirms.
When & where
Dates vary by season; see the Urban Lab Garden calendar on the NGO site. Sessions run at listed lab roofs and partner schools in Dhaka.
Why it matters in Dhaka
One shift on a shared roof turns abstract climate talk into soil under your nails.
Good to know
- What if rain cancels? Organisers may reschedule; watch the listing you registered for.
- Can I visit without volunteering? Some open days welcome observers; confirm on the event page.
