Why it matters in Alexandria
Three hours of shared labour keep a city farm humming without diesel tillers or long commutes.
Good to know
- Should I bring gloves? Bring gloves and water; the page does not list tool loans.
- Can I buy veg the same day? Check farm-shop or CSA links on the site after volunteering.
