Speak at a Hamm-Mitte Stadtteilkonferenz
The Stadtteilkonferenz is the open residents forum for Hamm-Mitte. Neighbours, clubs, and city staff meet. It is not a decision board, but ideas can move into politics through district councillors.

The coordinating round sets the format. The snapshot page did not list the next evening. Solarpunker does not chair it.

Why it matters
An open forum next to the café keeps district voice on a street people already use.
