Pionieren: participatory choir installation in Frankfurt
Pionieren – Eine Zukunftsmusik by Matthias Schönijahn and Constantin von Thun turns a former Young Pioneers holiday camp into a choir installation in Frankfurt. Documents such as the Basic Law and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights were left for moss, fungi, and weather to rework; you enter and add your voice to the non-linear score.
What you can do
- Walk through the installation and take part in the open choir moment
- Reflect on how future promises decay and what might grow from the ruins
- Stay for the hour-long session; the installation remains open until 18:00

Free entry (Einritt frei). German language. Part of F°LAB Festival in Halle 2.
