Building skills and dignity in the waste sector
In Raslavice, Friends of the Earth Slovakia delivered waste management training for Roma workers employed in the municipality's waste enterprise, covering correct waste handling practices, sorting procedures, and the role of each worker in the broader zero waste system. The programme directly improves service quality while creating pathways for meaningful employment and professional development within the community.
