One week, 13 municipalities, 5 tonnes removed from coast to mountain
The September 2024 CleanupMontenegro week brought together 725 volunteers across 22 events in 13 municipalities, removing nearly 5 tonnes of waste from beaches, roadsides, rivers, and mountain trails. The network of 40 organisations and informal groups coordinated logistics, equipment, and sorting guidance, making this the largest edition since the network began growing.
