A city celebration built around waste-free living
Lyon is preparing a major zero-plastic festival for 2025, potentially connected to the Lyon Street Food Festival, designed to showcase waste-free catering solutions and bring the zero plastic vision to a wide public. Zero Waste France is coordinating the event as a centrepiece of the ERIC project's public-engagement phase.
