Bamberg opening: Maxplatz and restoration demos
On Sunday 13 September 2026, Bamberg hosts the national opening of Tag des offenen Denkmals®. Maxplatz becomes the stage for the opening, a Markt der Möglichkeiten, and citywide access to fifty-plus monuments. DSD Schaubaustellen let you watch restorers and craftspeople at work.
