The public join path is the online portal: register, draw at least five 100 euro shares, wait for board approval.
What you can do
- Click through to become a member if you have an email address
- Use the paper declaration from the portal only if you have no email
- Ask about subordinated loans only after you are a member. Interest-expression windows can close
How it works
Natural persons, partnerships, and legal persons can apply. The statute has no regional lock, but activity stays in Bremen and about 100 km around it.

Why it matters
